Back2car offers you three delivery methods:
• Click and Collect : You order your used car part which will be delivered to the Back2car partner of your choice.
• Click and Repair : After ordering your part on our site, you will have an indicative price for its installation, accompanied by the detailed list of garages near you. You will just need to call the garage to schedule the appointment and pay for the service (labor) directly with our partner.
• home delivery : Your order will be delivered directly to your chosen address. We have several transport partners, notably DPD for non-mechanizable parts, and GEODIS for the largest parts.
First of all, remember to check in your account that the order has indeed been taken into account by our teams. You can also check that your payment has been debited within 2-3 days.

We have a unit stock, this means that a referenced part = a product that will no longer be restocked. We therefore advise you to reiterate your request. This will allow you to verify that a new compatible part has not been put into stock since your last search.

The price of our recycled auto parts varies according to:

In this case, you must necessarily contact our customer service. Two situations are possible:
• You are the cause of the diagnostic error: the return shipping costs will be at your expense
• Back2car is the cause of the incompatibility (SEO, stock or shipping error): the costs will be at our expense
Since all parts in our Reuse range are guaranteed for life, we will send you the right used car part free of charge (up to the price of the first part).
Our transport contract involves the delivery of the part in exchange for a signature, to allow you to check the condition of your recycled car part upon arrival. You have full responsibility to stay up to 15 minutes with the carrier to observe your package.
If you issue a reservation, we invite you to take a photo of the package so that the warranty is activated. In this case, we will refund you in full, or send back a similar part if available in our stock.
On the other hand, if you have not checked the part upon its arrival, the return costs will be at your expense.
We invite you to carefully check your order; if we have made a mistake (SEO error, stock, shipping), the return will be at our expense. On the other hand, if it turns out that you made a mistake. e in your order, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
We will then send you back the corresponding part (if still available in stock).
You legally have a 14-day withdrawal period to request a refund for your used car part. After receiving the part, we will check it and proceed with the refund if its condition meets our application criteria.

When purchasing your engine or gearbox, you will have a warranty booklet. We invite you to read it carefully and to comply with the checks to be made before installing the part to benefit from the warranty.
All our used car parts, except remanufactured parts, are guaranteed for life. This includes engines and gearboxes whose workforce is also covered for life.
You will find in your warranty booklet accompanying your engine/gearbox all the checks to be carried out to benefit from the warranty.
